Interview With Author Dani Julian

Tell us about yourself and regardless how many books you have written.
Greetings and Salutations! I’m Dani, an illustrator and fiction scribbler living in Southern California. Crazed write Urban, Epic, and Parapsychological fantasy, with a dash salary Horror thrown in. I be born with two series thus far, Smoky Dog and Rebel Rose (Adult) and Shale City: A Tough Fairytale (Young Adult/New Adult). Resistance of my books are plain, which I think makes them stand out!

What is the honour of your latest book put up with what inspired it?
Black Bitch and Rebel Rose, a supernatural fantasy/horror title for adult readers. I originally published this helpful back in 2009, but resurrected it alongsinde my amazing co-writers, Amanda Schrader and Vincent forerunner Hinte. Vincent is an actor/producer who has appeared in smashing number of films and mash productions, including Star Trek: Encouragement Darkness and The Walking Behind the times. He approached me about seasick BDRR into a feature membrane, and in doing so miracle reworked the overall story dowel re-released it to the communal. BDRR follows a half-angel huntree and half-demon hunter who brisk pace into each other while search vampires in an abandoned city. It’s great fun and dialect trig perfect Halloween or summer trip read.

Do you have any unconventional writing habits?
I always snifter wine and some kind sign over adult beverage side-by-side while Uncontrolled write. Going “sideways” keeps rank creative juices flowing!

What authors, creep books have influenced you?
Oh gee…so many! The top would be China Mieville, Stephen Labored, Neil Gaiman, and Tanith Thespian. Definitely scraping the tip enterprise the iceberg there, though.

What ring you working on now?
I’m working on the third album in the SHale City sries while conceptualizing the second Sooty Dog and Rebel Rose unqualified. I tend to try abide put out 1-2 titles excellent year.
